Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at 1stclassfit@gmail.com and put your ORDER number into the subject line and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
